Massage
Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, combating stress or struggling with chronic pain, our specially trained therapists work with you to design treatments that address your specific needs and work to correct any discomfort. Specific massage therapies include: Remedial Massage, Myotherapy, Relaxation Massage & Pregnancy Massage.
Yoga
At Pinnacle Wellness, the focus in yoga is on physical alignment in the poses, so that you don’t injure yourself. This also makes it ideal for anyone dealing with existing problems, as well as athletes and older practitioners wanting to be fitter and stronger.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates classes at Pinnacle are designed to suit beginner to expert levels. Your instructor will work with you to build strength and correct posture. Regular Pilates mat classes can greatly improve flexibility and help alleviate and/or prevent injuries.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates delivers an intense, full body-toning workout. Ideal for building and toning muscles, as well as increasing stability through the joints. You will notice more defined lean muscles through regular Reformer classes and it’s also a great way to recharge the batteries or unwind after a busy day.
